Sellers must ensure that products offered through Bignaam are genuine, accurately represented and legally permitted for sale.

5 Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings contain accurate and sufficient information.

Depending on the product, listings may need to include appropriate information relating to:

• Product name and description.
• Material, dimensions or specifications.
• Package contents.
• Applicable warnings or usage instructions.
• Manufacturer or brand information where required.
• Applicable warranty information.
• Product availability and fulfilment details.

6 Pricing, Discounts & Offers

Sellers must provide accurate pricing and promotional information for their products.

• Prices must not be intentionally misleading.
• Discounts and promotional claims must be genuine and appropriately described.
• Sellers must honour approved orders subject to applicable Bignaam policies and law.
• Additional charges must be disclosed through the applicable purchasing process.

7 Orders & Fulfilment

Approved sellers are expected to fulfil confirmed orders accurately and within the applicable fulfilment timeline.

8 Returns, Refunds & Customer Care

Sellers must cooperate with Bignaam regarding applicable return, replacement, refund and customer-support processes.

Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its listing or otherwise subject to an applicable consumer remedy, the seller may be required to provide information or assistance necessary to resolve the matter.

9 Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Sellers are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to the products they offer and the business activities they conduct.

Depending on the product category, this may include requirements relating to:

• Taxation and invoicing.
• Product safety.
• Labelling and packaging.
• Consumer protection.
• Weights and measures.
• Product-specific licences or certifications.
• Intellectual property rights.

10 Intellectual Property

Sellers must have the necessary rights, permissions, licences or authorisations to use product photographs, descriptions, trademarks, logos, videos and other intellectual property submitted to Bignaam.

Bignaam may review reported intellectual property concerns and may request supporting documents from sellers.

11 Prohibited & Restricted Products

Sellers must not list products that are unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or Bignaam's category rules.

Examples may include, depending on applicable law and Bignaam's current category restrictions:

• Counterfeit or unauthorised branded products.
• Products prohibited by applicable law.
• Unsafe or defective products.
• Products requiring licences or approvals that the seller does not possess.
• Products with misleading or fraudulent claims.
• Products that infringe intellectual property rights.

12 Seller Suspension, Restriction & Termination

Bignaam may restrict, suspend or terminate a seller's access where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• Serious customer complaints.
• Intellectual property complaints.
